What makes good soil? Last month our crew at Keawanui worked with UH @ctahr to build upon what we’ve learned about our soil through kilo with soil sampling. Our crew learned to correctly take and bag samples and worked with the lab to interpret the results.
Learning what makes our kalo happy has been a process of trial and error but so far it seems that the mangrove charcoal, dried Gorilla Ogo, and fish emulsion we’ve been feeding our soil have been working! In May alone, we harvested nearly 90 lbs of kalo to make poi for kupuna of Moloka’i and our ‘ohana.

A very insightful update on the Keawanui Fishpond restoration work—it's great to see continued efforts toward preserving cultural and environmental heritage. The progress details were clearly explained and easy to follow. Reading this also reminded me of how important consistent care and attention are in any field, whether it’s environmental conservation or community services like https://www.sherwaytrilliumdental.ca/ . I also recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, which added another interesting viewpoint on long-term preservation efforts.
Geometry Dash has gained worldwide popularity. The game features many levels with different designs and difficulties. Players often replay levels to improve their performance. This makes it highly addictive.
