ʻĀina Momona will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once an item has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
Damaged Packages
If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately. DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigate process if necessary. Please take pictures of your box/package and damaged merchandise.
Standard shipping can take anywhere from 7–10 business days. If you do not receive your package after 12 days, please contact us at ainamomona1893@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS once shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service purchased from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
