‘Āina Momona is deeply committed to food sovereignty and purity; community health; and indigenous foods issues. We work passionately on issues including land and water rights, synthetic biology, and genetic engineering. We actively work to preserve and protect traditional food systems, indigenous knowledges, and the intellectual property of native peoples. Our goal is to become effective advocates for community and environmental health, while ensuring the long-term sovereignty of indigenous food systems.
